Stainless Steel Hinge Repair Plates for Loose Cabinet Doors (5 plates in 1 set)

Cabinet door sagging on its hinge again? 🔧

You close it and it swings loose. The screws have pulled out of the board around the hinge, and tightening them only makes them spin. A stainless steel hinge repair plate fits on the inside of the door, with the hinge cup sitting in its large round hole, so the hinge has solid steel to hold on to again. A loose door can be put right at home, without a joiner.

Solid support where the board has given way

When a hinge works loose, the board around the hinge cup is usually what has failed. The plate covers the worn spot with flat steel and the screws bite into fresh board around the damage, so the door closes squarely. No need to replace the whole door.

For kitchens, wardrobes and the cupboard under the stairs

The same repair suits kitchen units, bedroom wardrobes, bathroom cabinets and the storage cupboard in the spare room. It is made for standard concealed cabinet hinges, so compare yours with the photos before you order. Once the door hangs straight again, the rest of the unit carries on as before.

A quick job with one screwdriver

Undo the hinge, fix the plate to the inside of the door, then press the hinge cup back into the round hole and screw the hinge on. A screwdriver is all you need, and the door is back in use the same day.
