Terms of Service

This website, lismara.com, and the Lismara online store are operated by Nimat BV ("Nimat", "we", "us", "our"). "You" refers to the user or customer.

By visiting the site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell to you.

1. Online store terms
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, nor violate any applicable laws, nor transmit any malicious code.

2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; payment card information is always encrypted. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

3. Accuracy of information
Information on the site is provided for general information only and may not always be accurate, complete or current. We may modify its contents at any time but are not obliged to update it.

4. Products and pricing
Prices for products and shipping are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. We have made every effort to display colours and images accurately but cannot guarantee your screen's display. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse or cancel any order. Products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it up to date, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Third-party links and tools
The site may include content, tools or links from third parties over which we have no control. We provide these "as is" without warranty and are not liable for them; please review the relevant third party's terms before engaging.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

11. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate on your breach, in which case amounts due up to that date remain payable.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your EU country of residence.

You can review the current version here at any time. We may update these Terms by posting changes to the site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
